It takes forever to wait, clinic open at 8 but doctor just came at 9 am. seriously????? The place quite clean and staff not friendly at all. We pay for this even use government insurance so please do your respect. treat us like human not a beggar.

BPJS accepted, clean, spacious waiting room, please bring your insurance identity card (KIS=Kartu Indonesia Sehat), open on 07:00 am everyday (the doctor came on 08:00)

Sick people who want to check are told to go back and check lists by telephone, people who are sick are told to wait for a reply, wa who is asking for forgiveness. Improve the service, why have a health facility if the service is like this. Bpjs pay, not free!
