Nice bank to get fast and friendly service. Bank & ATM in one location. ATM on 1st floor and bank on 2nd floor.

Pelayanan security yang tidak bagus. Saya datang sebagai customer ingin perbaikan M Banking. Jam tutup di infokan jam 14.00, saya datang jam 13.37. Saya di info jika pengurusan M Banking membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 30 menit. Security kayaknya mau mengusir saya, supaya tidak jadi ke customer service. Saya paham mungkin dia mau pulang on time. Tapi bukannya jam pelayanan sd jam 14.00 dan jika masih ada customer harusnya di selesaikan sampai selesai. Hai para manager BNI harap di perhatikan pelayanan anda.
