If there is no operator to pick up the phone it is better not to put a telephone number. Then when I went all the way to the bank, I felt blocked by security to meet with customer service and security explaining for myself about the problems I faced. Honest with an explanation from security, I am still not sure. What was explained as if it were just an assumption of its own.
