Very long service for CS and teller queues. When going to CS too much distraction from security guards, CS training, or customers without queuing. Nearly 3-4 hours to move savings only. Do not recommend to take care of something in this bank when working in a rush.nThere is no suggestion paper so you cannot give advice directly. Teller was only one person who worked.

For cs pliss employees, be friendly a little, we as customers don't order anything. Just asking for a photocopy (and that's because we were told by the teller) has been complaining nonsense. For the teller the service is okay ... friendly. I don't mean profocator and others. Trimakasih (3 stars for tellers)

Don't be afraid to add manpower to CS and tellers ... and to be more professional in service. Customer is king and time is money.

if it fits right long enough it's normal, because if it's already a business at the bank it must be long. I'm just patient.
