very bad ER service in my opinion.nmy mother came with a weak condition and her vertigo recurred, not checked and given action first, but she was diagnosed with covid and told to go to another hospital.nI understand that during a pandemic like this you have to be vigilant, but it's not like this, I'm also a hospital employee but that's not the service. especially when my mother is like that.nfrom 2010-2020 my family has always been there for treatment, but this is the first time it has been treated like this.nthat's all my assessment, thank you for treating my mother like that :)

Bad service.nPatients, including the urgent ones, are even told to wait for hours. Many employees but all the fun. Not very professional
