Is it open at 5 in the morning ,?nBecause yesterday I went there to take care of atm ketelennThen said the parking attendant told to come the next day at 5 in the morning.nEven though on google maps it says it opens at 8 am,nHave we been told to wait to open and get the queue number / what ... please explain here thanks.
