I applied for my b211a visa with Cekindo. I have told them that I need it as fast as possible, but Cekindo does not care. Communication with Cekindo is slow and messy. Employees do not care. And they promise a lot, but don't deliver. I recommend to use other services.

She is very professional and friendly. She keep me updated everytime. She helped me a lot to arrange the documents. Thanks to Ibu Lisa also. She did her very best to finish the Kitas process faster. I got surprised that they finished the Kitas process including SKTT and STM less than a month. Really, that is super fast and unbelievable.nnWhat I can say after experiencing a wonderful service, Cekindo has a very good team and their work is organized.
