to those who are trying to look for latest review (22 Dec 2020) : dont bother to come here. there are alot more professional clinics at Kuningan/Satrio/Menteng area.nnHavnt been to this place before 22 Dec, but from the previous review (gave in 2019), people seemed happy with the service, so I gave it a try, but I guess pandemic hits this place hard.nnmade doctor appointment at 1PM, I arrived around 10 minutes earlier to find I was lost because the address on its business WA profile and directions board at the building are both showing different addresses. Contacted the Business number (chat and call), but got no reply, at 12.59 the staff finally replied the correct adress, but also informing the doctor hadnt arrived (no sign of Beautilogy at all btw, the receptionist desk was empty, I hv to knock on the door, when the staff finaly opened from different door).nnWas asked to wait, and they expected the doctor might come at another 30 minutes, this is business day, I have another meeting in an hour, so I left. I guess it doesnt really respect other's time. hvnt got a chance to get any service from the placennTL/DR : most elusive clinic at Rasuna, not worth your time
