I got smoothing treatment and hair cut on this salon.. first, I want to 3D blow permanent but the stylist said, for my hair that would be better to smoothing permanent cause a results will be long lasting and I only need to do hair treatment mask. This is not my first time got smoothing so I asking for the detail. After 2 weeks my hair’s so dry and back curly lol.nnAnd the staff not that kind. Maybe cause I didn't make a reservation or asking for voucher discount? but, I asking cause I googling a review before choose it.nnLast, I kind of disappointed pay that much for nothing..nnThank you

I called to make appointment a day before, they directed to talk to the hairstylist. The next day I came at the right time, they told my name wasn't registered. They asked me to wait for no exact time. I was in a rush to catch my flight to attend wedding party. I ended up doing nothing with my hair. It was a very disappointing experience. Will never trust this place for important occasion again.
