The services provided, sell stamps, pay taxes, send letters, pay ukt, electricity, etc. are complete. The place is quite clean and spacious, there are 3 service counters, sometimes the employees are jutek ud83dude05 the most unfortunate thing is that there is no parking space and tends to use the shoulder of the road to park. Motorbike parking is okay but parking the car often creates congestion at traffic lights. Hopefully in the future there will be a special parking lot for Indonesian post office customers ud83dudc4d

The only post office that is not friendly.nEver wanted to take money through the western union, the male officer told him to use a high tone and it turned out that there was no money ud83eudd23

Queuing for sending goods is still manual, so it's possible to take the queue for those who don't know. My advice is to give a regular paper queue number or a queue number machine. In the same class as Pos Indonesia, the system is still like this.

Fast and friendly service. It's just, unfortunately for the parking lot using the shoulder of the road and paid. If you can, it's free, like Alfamart or Indomaret. Hehehe

The Ngaliyan Post Office is located on Jl.Tambakaji Ngaliyan, close to the UIN 1 campus.nThe location is strategic on the edge of the highway, for motorbike parking is available, but for cars parking on the roadside, there are parking attendants who are ready to serve customer parking.nEntering the main page of the post office, there are approximately 3 counters, but when I was there there were only 2 people on guard.nUnfortunately here the counters are mixed, between those who want to send goods, send letters or make payments such as bpjs, electricity, motorbike installments, etc.nAnd there is no queue number, even though there are quite a lot of customers.nI was confused for the first time, which counter to go to, because there is no queue number or writing on the queue counter.nIt's better not to use ac, because the room is large but only 2 ac is given, so the air doesn't feel hot, you should just give it a fan in the waiting room and the employee section.nHere you can also pay various bills, such as electricity, bpjs, pdam, vehicle installments etc.nI think at the post office the price is a little cheap if it is to make deliveries such as letters. And it is highly recommended to send a letter at the post office, but my advice is that the Ngaliyan post office should innovate and give directions to its employees to be friendly to each of its customers, because the first impression I came here, employees who are a bit old are bitchy, and don't smile.
