DISAPPOINTED with this laundry! 2 new clothes + 2 of my sheets are gone. I complained that after 1 hour after taking their clothes, they were still insistent if they could not be wrong, left behind / confused because I took the one day service package. They made sure that the number of my clothes was right according to what was stated on the note. Then at that time I went home and counted the number of clothes that after the dilaundry it turned out that only 38 were left with the 2 clothes that I was wearing right away. I returned to bring the clothes and asked the clerk to count them again but they just kept quiet and still said they did not remove the clothes. There is no intention to apologize and realize that this is their fault even though it is clear that the number of clothes before washing and what I received is different and still assume that I am careless !! Finally they asked for 2 weeks to find it. I am waiting for accountability until November 22, 2016. Very disappointing!
