fast and friendly response. the car arrived on time. the car was clean and looked like a brand new car (i forgot to look at the license plate). friendly driver and acted as a tour guide and a photographer. the price is reasonable. overall, the service was nice. thank you

Very fast response, probably the one and only car provider in Jogja that doesn't require you to make deposit (I got different quotation from other company and they asked for letter of my employment and 4mio deposit). They can deliver the car to your hotel and pick it up from your last point in Jogja at the end of your rental. Highly recommended!

the service was nice. they're punctual when they drop the car at the airport and had a very polite staff.nni rent innova 2012-2014 matic without driver for 3 days for a family holiday. the engine is quite good, with pleasant smell, and comfortable seats. just had some power steering issue, but still managable and also if you prefer listening to music from your phone instead of radio, i recommend you to choose another type of car and ask before hand, as this innova can only play music from flashdisk usb and aux, while i usually use bluetooth or phone-usb connection for music back home and didn't have downloaded songs, so i had to download some songs (thank God i had my flashdisk and computer with me).nnthey only offer free car pick up and drop off around Jogja and Adi Sucipto International Airport. So i had to pay IDR 50k, bc my next flight was at the New Yogyakarta International Airport at Kulon Progo which is around 1h to 2h from the city. But it's okay since it's cheaper than grab/gocar. I don't know about other car rental, but it's more expensive than in Bali, but still reasonable for me.
