The satay is tender, but the taste can still be improved so that it goes deeper into the meat. Not accompanied by cabbage so the taste is a little less delicious

The meat is quite tender, but unfortunately the Sate Klatak is not pierced with bars, but just a regular bamboo skewer like Madura-style Chicken Satay. The Sate Klatak is also served without the curry sauce. When I asked for curry sauce, then the broth was delivered. Unfortunately, if in other satay stalls the Gulanya sauce is still hot (at least warm), this is the Gulai sauce that accompanies the Sate Klatak which is cold and watery. So it seems not fresh.
