Saya kecewa dengan Breafing team security yg kurang antara shift malam dan pagi. Alasan Bpk security malam tdk dpt info dr security pagi. Saya yg sudah antre 2 jam harusnya dpt no antrean cs, malah di kasih ke org lain sama Bpk security nya dengan alasan untuk pengurusan M-banking langsung ke cs aja tidak perlu pakai nomor antrean. Setelah sama security pagi di suruh antrean lg jam 12 siang. INFORMASI SATU JALUR PENTING DAN BREAFING NYA PERLU DIMAKSIMALKAN. WASTING TIME.
