This park was being in construct at 2008 when the first time the Vice President Jusuf Kalla or JK visited Kaimana to see the sunset. JK was seat here to enjoy the sunset so this park named Taman JK or JK Park. This is one of sunset point in Kaimana. In the afternoon till midnight there will be many food stalls open here. You can order for seafood, fried rice, fried or grill chicken, fried or grill fish, scuid, mac crab, shrimp, or mie goreng.
