Exceptional blooms, biggest variety in store and the quality is amazing. Mr Collins has a high end feel and prices to match!! Website has beautiful visuals and a great selection of flowers and hampers!!nnEdit: reply to response from owner..nnI chose not to mention anything about customer service and communication. Hundreds of dollars worth of flowers from our immediate family members were missing from our grandmother’s viewing because instead of delivering them where we requested and paid for, you called Tuckers for instructions. Our flowers didn’t arrive where and when they were required, a grieving family shouldn’t have to worry about this as our instructions were clear from the beginning. You took it upon yourself to place blame on Tuckers. We paid Mr Collins for a product and service and you didn’t deliver on this occasion or accept responsibility.

I walked in on what looked like a very busy Saturday - staff member was super helpful, and bouquets was ready in just 20 minutes! Very happy with the flowers!

Placed yet another order today for delivery today. Service as usual was impeccable, and the quality of the flowers sent were amazingly good (especially for a Monday). Have used them numerous times now and never been disappointed with the quality or the service, will continue to use them in the future.

Super helpful when I was trying to decide which bouquet to get for a birthday. Chose the stunning Lush bouquet that they loved. Ordered before midday and was able to get same day delivery. Thank you!

First time customer today, ordered online and had the best experience from the start! Flowers are amazingly priced and look even better than pictured on their website which is unheard of! Ordered at 11am and picked up at 12:30 SAME DAY! Also asked for two more arrangements while there and they even catered to that for me in the most beautiful way possible. I will forever be grateful to the service provided by the Mr Collins team today, to have these beautiful flowers provided to me on a day of great need won’t be forgotten. I won’t go anywhere else for flowers now. 10/10!!!!
