Used this service for several days and worked with Rudi. Driver promised to let us see the lake Danau Kaolin on the way back (since the first day we arrived it was raining). Driver was supposed to pick us up at 11AM on Monday to head back to airport. At 10.45AM owner messaged me saying that he would rather pick up at 12PM. I'm not sure why he would do that. Owner or Rudi, then mentioned that it would better to cancel (right when I have to goto the airport).nnHighly do not recommend. Stay away.
