Doctors are good, surgery and post surgery treatment is good.nUnfortunately administration processes are awful.nBefore surgery my insurance and the confirmed that only 2 days after surgery is covered, which is totally fine. After few hours of waiting I've discovered that the clinic wants to keep me for 1 week, and it's obviously longer than 2 days that was agreed before.nnAlso after every follow up visit it takes ages just to get the bill. I was literally sitting for 30 minutes in an empty lobby just waiting for the bill.nnI would not go to this clinic, did it only because my insurance told me to go there

This hospital is amazing, friendly staff, doctors all are great. They took care my Dad with fully care and passionate. Keep up the good work ud83dudc4d

My husband was here before, they did a great job from the emergency room to being admitted. When he wasn't feeling well again we came here. They treated us great a second time. Therefore, we never had an issue with service. The problem we did encounter was billing, quite surprising.

Very bad organisation for Covid rapid test. We stayed there for 2.5h to get a rapid test. There is no shadow or a fan and only few chairs. There are no empty forms, you have to wait to get and empty form. There is no Photo copy machine, they have to walk back inside to make photo copy of KTP for every customer. The same with the invoice, they have to walk to the office to print the invoice.

I had my wife hospitalized due to the accident. Being in a hospital is stressful enough because of your concern for your loved one, but it was comforting to know that she getting the best care possible. Thank you BIMC
