When we first went into the station, the guy shouted at us saying “ in and out” - then we looked back and saw the symbols and written in Indonesian to indicate which way is in and out.nnHow on earth do you expect a tourist to read in Indonesian???? Make it clearer please. I know there are symbols but if you are here for the first time - you probably won’t notice it.nnThe guy re-filling for us wasn’t even looking at the litres! He was just going by his instinct. We told him that’s enough and that it is. no more.nnHe didn’t listen !!!! The petrol almost came all out and I had to step up for him to stop. Afterwards he was making fun “ no more , that’s it.....” in a funny tone.nnSorry mate, if you are just visiting like me, not a local. PLEASE PLEASE refill your petrol on the road.nnShops sell 1 litre for 10,000 and you get a MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE.

Poor place, bad service. The staff angry to me when i want to fill the fuel. Also they not honest with people. Be careful and there lot alternative option to fill the fuel. U can go to small petrol gas. They will serve you with honest.

Does the job. Staffs fill you up your tank. Wait time never excited 2 minutes. There is some shadow which is not a bad thing!

The attendant may not give you correct change. Watch out.

Me and my Indonesian friend from Borneo tried to drive there to get petrol. Some angry staff member was shouting something very rudely. Even my friend couldn’t understand what was actually wrong. We drove away and bought our petrol from a village along the road for 10k per liter - and we were treated politely there.
