Cannot recommend Inform more highly. I have been suffering with consistent lower back pain for nearly four years. I met with Jess for her assessment and initial treatments. She had such a holistic and educative approach to my issues; I am now taking clinical pilates with Laurel at her recommendation. I finally have mobility, confidence in my movement, and I am nearly pain free. On top of the quality of treatment, they're all professional, kind, responsive, and flexible. They're an amazing group and truly care about your wellbeing.
