Top notch physio! Not only in a beautiful space in Woollahra, but Sophie and Kristin are super knowledgable, super friendly and they spend a solid hour (if not more) focused solely on you.. unlike my experiences at other physios where they run in and out of the room to different patients. Highly recommend.

Over a 10 year period I have tested Kristins knowledge and talent by going and injuring myself multiple times.nShe has patiently seen me through 2 right knee reconstructions, a left shoulder dislocation, a right shoulder sub-laxation and a torn L4/5 intervertebral disc in my lower back.nThrough great advice, rehabilitative work and such patience (definitely on her part ) I have been able to continue to compete at the level I require and demand in triathlon, martial arts and resistance training.nThanks for being my devils advocate when I want to train too soon and also becoming a mate over such a long time.

The standard of care I received was excellent. Received good information about my knee injury and was much better in a few sessions.
