Pelayanan dokter kurang memuaskan, sy sejak awal mengeluhkan deman tinggi dan sakit kepala belakang sampai tidak kuat untuk duduk/berdiri namun dokter tidak memeriksa secara spesifik dan hanya ditanya2 dan analisa akhir hanya dikasi obat nyeri padahal sy menyampaikan bahwa nyeri terkadang ada kadang tidak. Alhasil sakit kepala saya ttp tidak berkurang dan akhirnya memutuskan untuk periksa ke dokter lain. Sy lupa nama dokternya tpi beliau yg beertugas hari minggu tgl 18april2021

Dr Triyas as a general practitioner does not really reflect as a doctor who is willing to help his patients, I often meet doctor Triyas and his attitude is arbitrary and unfriendly. then the dentist (forgot the name but was a woman), at that time I did not use BPJS at the dentist, was charged very expensive and the results were not satisfactory. i had my tooth filled but a week later the filling was broken. then I went to another dentist to fix the doctor's fillings, after I paid, the fees at the doctor's clinic were almost 4 times that.
