Awful tour company, booked shuttle from Banyuwangi to Bali. Suposed to be a shuttle bus with reclining seats, TV etc. But turned out to be a dirty old car for 6 passengers, they tried to fit 8 passengers into the vehicle, literally squeezing them into others seats. I protested against this and they told me if I don't like it then to get out of the car. No seatbelts, the driver was smoking, driving dangerous and rude customer service. Worst experience I've had with a transport company after living in Indonesia 10 years. Total lieing fraudsters don't use them. Next time i will take a public bus or seek out an honest tour company.

Super disappointed with their service. Made bookings 2 days before traveling from denpasar to banyuwangi, and they had confirmed the reservation . On the actual day, i called them 19 times without any answer, and i have to check out of the hotel room, i had no idea when they were picking me up. Since it’s going to be a 7 hours ride, i was pretty anxious and fortunately was able to make another reservation with bintang wangi with immediate response or any hassle. I was picked up within the hour by bintang to start the journey to banyuwangi. I would not wish anyone to face that situation especially if you are traveling alone and for the first time to these areas.

The customer service response is really good, fast response. The lack of it, the driver is not gentle enough, he likes to brake suddenly. Then, what, like playing fast songs, it's really like concerts, even though people are going to sleep at night. The driver takes a really long time to eat, it's like hanging out. All of the passengers had finished eating, we were sitting in the prayer room because we waited for the driver not to finish. The turn is already inside the car, we are still waiting for the driver again, I don't know what to do with 45 minutes we were told to wait. Less professional. The plus point is that the food is delicious, the most delicious travel food I've ever tried.

One of the regular trips between cities which in my opinion is the best !!!! Starting from asking until the driver service is also good, the car is also comfortable, it is perfect if you want to go out of town as an alternative to taking a bus or even taking a train, you can travel with Mita guaranteed to bounce.nnGreet one asphalt
