The Proclamation Monument on May 17, 1949, took place at Jl. Brigjend H. Hasan Basry Km. 12 Mandapai, Batu Bini Village, Padang Batung Subdistrict, South Hulu Sungai Regency is a very historic building for the people and officials in all corners of South Kalimantan. It was there that the first major proclamation was announced the first time in South Kalimantan that South Kalimantan was also included in the territory of Indonesia. A leader and pioneer was the same as the name of the road that passed through Mandapai from Kandangan Hulu to Loksado as a dedication given to him, namely the TNI ALRI Brigadier General. H. Hasan Basry.
