The first 5 minutes I passed and I understand, 10 minutes my friend was called to come in by the therapist and I still wait for the call, 15 minutes passed and I started to get restless because I was getting impatient (understand that my body feels like it's falling out of the area) . The point of my patience ran out when 30 minutes passed, and the most disappointing. The therapist did not give me any information when I waited, even though when he was in the waiting room he was about to come in, I just wanted to ask about this delay, he entered again. There were several therapists there, there was one therapist who happened to be my friend's therapist who came on time, he said to apologize for the service provided and blah blah blah. Beklah, that I accept and I appreciate. But this is a lesson for one of the therapists that I didn't mention. And actually for everyone, that the customer is king. That's about the term from the business world (I happen to study marketing) I hope the owner helps, pay attention to that. As great as your place of business is, if you don't pay attention to any of the services, I guarantee the customers are slack to make you profit.
