Adam has been treating various old and new injuries for the last couple of years. I really like the focus on rehab/prehab. Adam's proactive approach keeps me in the sports I love and helps me understand my body better along the way. First class, knowledgable, thorough and treatment plans are designed for the specific loads I will put on it during sport.

Have been to loads of physios before, never found one that helped much.nCame here and was impressed from the first session. Adam knows what hes talking about! jumps straight in and explains what hes doing and why very clearly. An experienced and friendly professional that loves his job. i wont go to another physio now. Very happy with his service.

Absolute 5 star service from all staff at Central Physio Bayswater. Adams been my physio for a few years now and has helped me recover from multiple sporting injuries, nothing is too much trouble and every effort is made to help with fast and effective recovery plans. Highly recommend!
