The office is good with great crews explaining the product, it's just a pity there is no collaboration with similar tours abroad, but just the service

I am very disappointed with the service and information. I bought ticket u / 6 people with the purpose of balikpapan - hongkong. 1. On the day I cannot leave because my passport is valid until September 2019, while my wife and 4 children are not a problem. What I regret is that when I bought the ticket I was not informed that I had to extend my passport. 2. My ticket information for returning from Hong Kong - Singapore and Singapore - Balikpapan from Dwi Daya can not be used (forfeited) and I bought a new PP ticket to catch up with my wife and child in Hong Kong, it turns out my ticket to go home can still be used when at Hong Kong and Singapore airports, this is certainly very detrimental to me because I have bought a new ticket

Inconsistent service, was asked to leave the cellphone number to be contacted and informed about tour packages but it was never contacted
