MESRA Alamanda Hotel

We stay for weekend with family. We were booked superior room with 2 single bed. The room has large enough size, in the outside we can see garden and trees. Many facilities are available in this hotel kind of 2 swimming pool, etc. Afordable price for stay in this hotel. Located near hypermart, segiri market, lembuswana mall, I feel this hotel has strategies position. But we are little bit dissapoint due to found cigarette ash inside room, even though we booked non smoking room. Even though balcony are availabe at each room for smoke but guest can smoke in the room due to no smoke detector installed.

This old hotel needs more innovation. Such as new LCD TV, much cleaner room; especially inside the bed, white fluorescent light bulb and a door mat.

This is the old section of Mesra hotel which now has new and modern with several storeys building called as business hotel. I prefer Alamanda Superior room since it is more spacious, with quite big twin beds, terrace to good opening either towards swimming pool or tennis courts.nWhat I like most is breakfast. We stayed more than a week on a biz trip. They serve plenty food with many varieties though only two or three of them changing everyday. Spacious area and enough tables for everybody even in high seasons.nThe bed room is comfortable, linen is changed daily, enough toiletery, but no laundry bag. Room style a bit old, with rattan seats for coffee table inside room and at the terrace, and we like it. Aircon is good, hot shower can be not even warm when taking a bath during peak hours. WiFi is free and good around hotel area. Staff is polite and helpful. There is gym but some equipments not properly maintained and break down.nHuge car parking area, ready for their big ballroom and meeting hall.nWorth place to stay..

Cozy place, but not that clean. A well maintenance place, appropriate price.
