clean and affordable. great location. weird that there was no shower door, made showering messy and cold. not many in-room amenities, I had to call for a shower cap, but they were very quick to accommodate. overall I would stay again and recommend. BTW, the coffee bar in the hotel had the nicest people working in all of Vegas. Not an exaggeration.

Check in was fast and easy (kiosk) upgraded to a better 2 queen room. View of the strip. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Shower head was like a rain shower. Pool was open and not crowded yet. Friendly staff. Would stay there again

I usually enjoy staying at Harrah’s. It is located in a great spot on the strip. Right now, the rooms are inexpensive. The Oyster Bar in Harrah’s is delicious also. I also enjoy the smoothies at Fulton Court. Make sure you add extra fruit in your smoothies.

I will be staying here again. The rooms are really nice and posh. Staff is decent and polite as well. Their late check out fee is reasonable too. Check out was to be 11am but we got free till 12noon and charged 25 dollars till 2pm. Other hotels charge higher for late check out fee... Overall good experience.

I hesitated on the 3 stars but ok. The room was nice, looked to be recently refurbished. Bed was great but the shower pressure was terrible. Overall, just another hotel room. My choice next time, I will be choosing another hotel. Very hard to find instructions for parking. Yes, they do charge for parking ($15 per day) but not if you are a hotel guest. I was charged for parking but after asking around to find out how to get a refund, the parking customer service corrected the issue with ease. There was virtually no hotel staff around except for the dealers and pit bosses. Check in was very hectic, rushed with no help,, all electronic, faceless kiosks now. Maybe you have to spend more to get a face. Overall, did not enjoy the experience like I thought I was going to, sad, I really wanted to like this place. Take care and have fun.
