Unfortunately, an otherwise great experience was ruined by the extremely rude receptionist. Upon arrival, I was greeted by name to a smiling receptionist (blonde I believe - I didn’t get her name but she usually answers the phone). My treatment was really well done and Kiran the dentist and his dental nurse were so friendly that I almost forgot I was at the dentist. It was when I came to pay that my experience was spoilt. This receptionist was on a call, dealing with a customer very rudely but I was happy to wait. When she came to me, I simply asked what treatment I was paying for for my records as it was the first half of treatment. I wanted to know the balance for next time which is reasonable when you’re paying £300 today and about £600 in total. She snapped that I had to pay which I’m well aware of but I wanted to know which part for and the balance to which she shortly and loudly responded that I should go and knock on the dentist’s door as he ‘surely told me’. Actually, we hadn’t discussed payment at this appointment and it was rather embarrassing and demoralising in front of the other customer who looked at me sympathetically because she was just so rude. I have never and do not have any issue paying for my treatment. Trying to book my next appointment led to more condescending remarks so I will call and do so properly. In any case, I remained polite and paid, she did not say thank you or even say goodbye which is the least you expect from a receptionist. I’ve been one. She continued on the phone rudely so atleast I know it wasn’t just me. I travel here on recommendation from my sister, makes me wonder if I should have just stayed local. During a pandemic where people are losing people left right and centre, the last thing expected and needed is people in customer facing roles behaving this way. Be kind.

Its not even been a year since i had three fillings done and was told about how it was the top quality option and was the most expensive yet all three have literally come out. I wonder how long the low quality would have lasted if this was the best quality ones. Not happy at all.

Using pandemic rules they refuse to take treatment and didn't want see me because of different dentist work can not be treated they said., so bad to neglect patients on the basis of that. I wouldn't recommend to go there.

Had a check up and treatment done with dr Rashid. He is very kind and professional. I've seen a lot of dentists over the years but this experience was definitely a positive one. Lady at reception was also very nice and reassuring despite being extremely busy! The whole experience from the booking, through my initial consultation and the treatment was very good.

Approximately 3 weeks ago I contacted the practice 9am due to severe toothache and swelling of my face. I had to call 4 times each time I was told I will be called back at 3pm I was called to collect a antibiotics prescription. The problem has returned I called the practice on Wednesday 5th August explaining that I am in intensive pain with swelling again i was informed once again I would receive a call back. I am still waiting for a return call, I have called the practice several times since and I been waiting in position 1 or 2 to speak to someone after a long wait I am disconnected. A toothache 24 hours a day is dreadful I can't believe your practice would leave a human being to suffer like this.
