Strategally located near the town, with just a walking distance to the centre. The room is fairly large, however there was some bad smell in the toilet and the room itself. Needs a thorough clean-up. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were shown a room on 2nd floor, but was given a room on 3rd floor. They said its the same, but it is really not. Luckily the view from 3rd floor is better. Anywhere around the city, you will be able to hear the call for prayers, most of the time more than one at the same time. Nearby a nice chocolate cake bakery and in the evening, just down the hill many roadside stalls. Breakfast is simple and forgettable. Good value if you can negotiate the rates.
