Service is unsatisfactory and bad, employees are convoluted in giving package information and do not have a sense of responsibility. The package I sent from Nias to Medan had not arrived for 2 days due to network reasons. I was disappointed because the contents of the package were job applications and finally the delivery of the job application had reached the deadline and my job application was canceled.

Delivery of packages to addresses is very slow.nThe courier is lazy, delivery on the main road is not remote.nAnd the fatal thing is that the package is left at a post which is not the address of the package.nperiod of delivery of the package to the address, but at the post.nAnd that post too, another sub-district post.nAfter several times on the phone and including the dirty talk, it was finally delivered.
