I'm just from the BNI branch bank delitua, before me, there is one person who is doing a transaction at one of the ATM machines, one prefers to wait outside even though there are 3 ATM machines inside, because right now we are implementing social distancing, and in my opinion spacious room with 3 ATMs inside makes it rather worry in this condition. After the father finished, I entered, I was shocked suddenly some LGGG entered the ATM room, I was not mistaken 4 or more people. Hurry up and finish the transaction and get out, public awareness is still very low. Especially for me who was quite upset, why did the security guard on duty TDK reprimanded or gave directions to customers who wanted to go to the ATM to queue outside ????? Instead, sit and watch the situation. Hopefully the BNI provides training to all staff, especially its security guards.
