Very unpleasant shopping experience tonight! The female employees are very rude & disrespectful. Need to be taught how to communicate well with customers. Even though it is nearing shop closing time, there are many ways to convey it to customers politely. After being tolerated and not being responded to, still serving payments by taking calls and not being friendly. Please repair the Eiger Store Abepura. Quality goods but with employees who have minus service like this is meaningless. Good service must always be maintained (15/10/2020)
