I think the VIP room is similar to class 1 in a big city hospital, only different rates and number of beds, only more expensive. Treatment is not VIP because the patient's family still has to handle, for example changing the sheets, taking the patient to the restroom, turning off the intercom to the nurse, having to come to the nurse's room which is busy chatting, it doesn't really help. The VIP polyclinic is also not commensurate, crowded like a market, delivery of lesehan / less seats, paying 80 thousand for registration, no medicine, or BPJS 150 thousand including drugs, not much different from the public clinic in front which only costs 15 thousand registration fees and can be free drugs using BPJS Health referrals. The corridor also looks gloomy. Only the pharmacy and car park are nicer than the one in front. Overall, it is more commensurate with the front, because those who received the best service award last year were those in front (public).

The system is not good..have taken the queue number but new registration, I have to wait up to 2 hours before being called., Waiting again at the policeman..Waiting for more at the pharmacy, then go back to the administration again waiting for the pharmacy ... should not all be divided into 2 pharmacies. one..nTold the lab ... after 2 o'clock the lab told me to come back to get the results but the officer was not there, until 45 minutes of waiting, (the feeling was not good) asked the receptionist, just told the receptionist to wait ... and the new clerk came after the patient continued ask .. if you just stay quiet, I don't know until what time you wait., and it turns out that the answer without apologies says the result is not finished yet because it was over loed .. The facilities and atmosphere are comfortable, unfortunately the waiting room is not provided with a special place for cellphone charging for the patient's family
