Pelayanan sangat lama, cs nya nggak jalan berhenti karena pelayanan bantuan pemerintah. Nunggu lama bgt, habis protes baru antrian cs dilanjutkan. Harusnya diselingi atau dikasih nomor antrian juga utk antrian bantuan pemerintah. Kalau gini kan ga adil jadinya

The service here is poor, the way to deliver the requirements needed to take care of the needs of this bank is very lacking, I have to go back and forth in the Kelurahan & sub-district to take care of the letters, why not just immediately notice? Takes a long time ..... sorry this is my personal experience, maybe other people are not the same as my experience.
