VIP servicenI just want to say a huge thank you to Made and our driver, who gave us an amazing time on our day tour last Wednesday (27th Sept). I wish we had more money to have been able to take another and see more of Beautiful Bali. Very professional, knowledgeable and all round pleasure, both of them. I will not hesitate to recommend both and your tour company to all my friends and business clients and associates.nNot only do they offer private, personalised tours, they offer taxi runs to/from the airport which are booked through holiday taxis.

Booked via Expedia. The driver was extremely kind and friendly. After we arrived at the hotel, we realised my daughter had left her iPhone behind in the taxi. The driver had already returned the phone to their head office, who sent it on to me at our hotel a day later. What can I say? If this is not the absolute definition of five star service, then I don't know what is. AMAZING.

Accidentally booked through Expedia which i thought at first was the hotel transfer. No one was waiting for me with my namecard at the gate. Had to ask around to locate an employee of the company, who had no idea of my trip. Finally through some contacts managed to find the person whom i was supposed to meet, sleeping in the corner outside the airport!nnAnd it turns out he was just a middleman to contact the driver whom i had to wait AGAIN for a long time.nnFor 18 USD, i could have gotten a Grab taxi much quicker and cheaper. This transfer needs to step up their game, and Expedia needs to choose better partners! Shame on you Expedia

Great service prior to pick up but as soon as I tried to cancel the pick up (more than 24 hours notice given) I was ignored. Needless to say that I never got the refund. I would not recommend Baliku Tour & Travel if you want to have a piece of mind.

As of right now I'm a little displeased with their service. I booked their service through Expedia because they had very good reviews. I am having difficulty reaching them to discuss a later pick-up due to a cancelled flight. I have tried 3 numbers. 1 doesn't work, 1 rings and rings, and the 3rd one is a voicemail. I emailed them last night and still have not heard a response. I will gladly change this review of it all sorts out, but as of now it will remain 2 stars and will drop to one if I have to pay for another transport.
