teller officer there should be 2 people. the other one doesn't exist, so the queue of tellers is really old. only one teller who serves the transaction. don't use the queue number, so the queue just stands waiting for their turn. the teller should have 2 people left, if 1 didn't enter, someone had to replace, so the customer was served well. and additional queue numbers for tellers must also be activated so that customers can sit while waiting for the numbers to be called.

I have been to BRI for 2 days at the Siteba branch, intending to open a savings account. But when I asked the security guard on duty on the first day I came here the ATM card didn't exist anymore. Tomorrow, come again, deck, I ask tomorrow there will be right, sir? The security guard answered that there was a deck. Today I came again to this BRI branch of Steba, I asked the security guard again, can you open an account today sir? The answer is not yet again. Yes, I complained yesterday, you said can you? So how come I can't do it now. With the security guard, who can I do that today? Then I answered the father who said kmren right? The security guard's answer is "just try asking directly to the center". If there is a gold ATM available on the deck, it can be made right now, not everyone has money with that much budget for now. I am very unhappy with this kind of service. It is very different from the private bank whose ATM I also have today. Old service to customers, network problems too often. And added to the friendliness and intellectual guardianship is not there.
