If I could give 0 that would be the score! Total cowboys Do Not use this service if u value your like. Overcrowded! Luggage arrived Wet! Boat ran out of fuel! Crew really didn't look like the knew what they were doing . Terrifing trip was 2 hours of hell! Use Gilly Getaway!

Fast boat with lifevests under every sitting place... Small fast boat, it is need to be said... Be sure it won't be a nice trip. Remember that you go through open sea, even ocean, so even during fine weather you should have a strong stomach and nervous. Wear sandals or flippers and shorts.nI do not want it to happen again... maybe in a few years, when I forget...

We bought an open ticket with them from Gili to Lembongan, we confirmed our departure date more than 24h in advance as requested, the boat never came... When we called Sea Express to understand what was going on, the woman on the phone was rude and disrespectful, no solution whatsoever was offered. We had to buy a last minute ticket with another company... Very bad experience, shameful customer service!nBook with another company for these kind of trips, there are many out there and much more professional!

We read the review after opting for this fast boat service and we were very scared. We have just arrived to Gili Air and the journey was great. Not a single problem, they have a new boat, luggage are in the hold so nothing is getting wet, I'm very very sensitive to sea sickness and I didn't feel bad. We paid 1.230.000 rp for a shuttle from Amed to Padang Bai, then ticket to Gili and open return. Just toilets are disgusting inside the boat, otherwise it was alrightnnOnly 4 stars because of the time you spend in the boat to go to Gili air. Expect 2 hours and a half.
