Arta Bali Spa

I've had a lot of massages in a LOT of places in SE Asia and I know when I've found an especially fantastic one. I felt like a new woman after a massage here. Clean, lovely staff, great ginger tea, very good prices. We came on our motorbikes but the spa will does offer a free collection/drop-off to accomodations in Amed. 100% everybody needs to go here!

While the massage I had was good, my 120-minute body massage ended up being only 100 minutes. Even if you took into consideration the time it took for me to drink the tea and use the hand towel before the massage, it wouldn't take up 20 minutes. I had negotiated beforehand a 50k discount so perhaps this was the reason but I felt that they were not very honest. If they had agreed to the discounted price for a 2-hour massage, I shouldn't be getting one that was much shorter. Also, they added an additional 1k to the 3% surcharge for using credit card. While it was a small amount, it further emphasized the dishonesty of this company. There are many spas along Amed and I would not recommend this place.

Nice spa, aloevera massage was 170k for 60 min.

Very nice spa. Lovely and welcoming staff. In addition a free taxi takes us to the hotel if our hotel is too far away. The aloe massage will be great! Very good address.
