BPJS Ketenagakerjaan KCP Tabanan

Bad service. Honestly, as a BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participant, I was very disappointed. The services provided at KCP Tabanan Bali are only in security & less optimal if not accompanied by staff who are more competent in explaining what BPJS participants need. It's been more than 2 months I want to try to withdraw BPJS Ketenagakerjaan I did not finish it, not because I did not understand, because what was said was not clear about what was needed. I am sure that here I am not the only one who is disappointed in the service for disbursing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan money, you can imagine that disbursing money from my own work is so complicated the bureaucracy, you can imagine that we have taken our own money and have to be taxed again. What if you work at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in my position? Hopefully this can be heard to improve services at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, especially at KCP Tabanan Bali. Thank you.

I have come to this place more than 5 times. Every question to the security guard. There was never a definitive answer. The first day. Lined up from morning. Until noon there is no certainty. At 12 noon it was just a lack of data. Day 2, queued up from morning. Asked security. Same as usual. The answers are never polite and uncertain. Likewise next. The answer is only. No need to be tired here. Already able to do from home. Ehhh sir if it's smooth. I don't need to come here. Just looking for the right is very difficult

Udah 2x pengajuan online 1x pengajuan manual blm jg berhasil,data sudah dilengkapi dari pengarahan pengajuan online yg ke 2,,pas pengajuan manual yg ke 3 ,,estimasi 7 hari setelah pengajuan pasti cair,,sampe skrng blm cair,,ini prosedur apa BAPAK/IBU??kami hanya menuntut upah kerja kami,,bukan minta bantuan untuk mencairkan isi kantong orang lain,,tolong dibantu ,untuk mempermudahkan pencairan upah kami,,kami sudah menjalankan prosedur yg BAPAK/IBU berikan !!
