Wahana Gili Ocean

After reading bad reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. But they nicely picked us up on time, boat was leaving on time and the same when we went back. Windows can leak a bit water but that was the only thing. Good communication from the staff. Would go here again.

The pick up service was good and in time. The drop off was good as well.nIt was no problem to change our booking.nThe price can be good when you know were to book, the differences on the boat were high.nThe staff is okay and the boat is quick, they take care about your luggage.nUnfortunately I didn't see the offered free water

Driver not friendly. Shuttle bus music was sucks. Speaker bass was totally blown.nDelayed departure at 9.30am from Padang Bai to Gili T.nBoat was without aircon and full of kerosene smell. It’s like sauna on the boat.nnThey took a pic of my passport during the registration from Gili T to Padang Bai which I found it unusual for domestic transport. I asked what’s the reason for it and they told me it’s for recording. I hope they don’t use it to produce a fake passport of mine in future.nDelayed departure at 11.30am from Gili T to Padang BainnDon’t ever use their toilet. The toilet bowl was half full with urine. Disguising. There was no way to flush and no water to wash.nnAnyway, they will inform the passengers to look for guys with Wahana t-shirt for their transport back to Kuta, Ubud, Sanur etc. Please ensure you just pass the transport voucher to Wahana guys and only talk to Wahana guys. There were hundreds of conmen trying to show you Wahana transport voucher and lure you to their private transport and end up you will have to pay for the transport instead of free transport provided by Wahana. These conmen will also try to take your transport voucher. Do not pass to them! Only talk and pass the voucher to Wahana guys. Do take note also that the conmen will tell you Wahana transport takes 4 hours to your hotel and they only take 1 hour. It was absurd. It depends to the traffic in Bali. Beware of those conman.

Wahana Gili Ocean is fast boat company that has departure route from Padangbai Port (Bali) to Bangsal Port (Lombok), Gili Trawangan, and Gili Air. Wahana Gili Ocean has a big fast boat with 178 seat. This is one of the best fast boat company in Bali.
