THE BEST ONE AREA IN MALANG CITYnnBesar Ijen Boulevard stretches from north to south where this road was once an important axis on the west side of Malang City during the Dutch colonial era. The architecture was created as the most luxurious area in the city. Along this road are rows of elite Dutch heritage houses with old European patterns, although some have been restored but do not leave the distinctive features of the Ijen area.

But for a while, Ijen was closed for community gathering during Covid-19 pandemic. Many people still doing jogging or cycling, vehicles easily access the road. But benches are not allowed to be seated at the time of pandemic.
