For taking the old medicine, we are patient because we have to be careful in compounding the medicine, but the female pharmacists are mostly chatting, laughing incoherently. Please if you want to chat, it's okay but don't let it sound out, psychologically it makes people queuing uncomfortable.

Serving bpjs is limited only, often if the quota runs out, so can not get treatment, the place is crowded.
