The reception serving named Winda / Dinda is incompetent. I accompanied my wife for a pap smear on Thursday 12/12/19 promised to receive the results Saturday 14/12/19.nnOn Saturday 12/14/19 before leaving for Bidadari (PD3K), the wife called to ask to take the results of the pap smear and reception said she could. But it turned out that he got there easily, Reception Winda / Dinda said the results were not finished then they were told to return on Monday. There is no saying sorry, just a face without expression & no guilt. Even though we have come a long way there.
