Ticket staff are not polite at all. First, when I want to buy a ticket, they are actually chatting and I'm not served. Secondly, when I choose seats, they impolitely tell me to hurry up. Even though at that time there was no queue and I also didn't want to take a long time actually. Third, the female staff who were on standby in front of the studio wryly asked for my ticket and there were no thanks. Fourth, when I entered the studio, I found trash in my seat, which no one cleansed. This happened on Wednesday afternoon 02/26/2020. It should be noted by XXI management
