The Bagindo Aziz Chan Museum is currently open to the public. There are photos of Bagindo Aziz Chan when they become Mayor of Padang 2. Also displayed are family tree as well as replicas of the furniture of Bagindo Aziz Chan family

A simple house with a typical architecture of the gadang house in the coastal area. Stage with several sizes above the building and the upper window. This house is still shiny because it is newly renovated. Bagindo Aziz Chan is the second Mayor of Padang after the independence of the Republic of Indonesia. This figure got the attention of the Dutch at that time, because of their persistence, determination and high fighting spirit to fight the colonials, the Dutch government did not like it. Even Bagindo Aziz Chan was shot dead by the Dutch around Jalan Jhoni Anwar Padang on July 19, 1947. The museum presents photo photos and some of Bagindo Aziz Chan's relics including the raji of his family
