DO NOT use this expedition. Goods not sent on time. Our goods were destroyed damaged by this expedition without responsibility even though we routinely send 5-10 tons a month. This company doesn't seem to care if the customer breaks up with them. Service is VERY BAD, Employees are not polite, if we complain they are more rude. I want to complain to the Manager, but obstruct them. Very sorry to use this expedition is very unprofessional. Smoga owner or manager wibowo read my comments, I hope in the future they can train their subordinates!
