I feel Cs and tellers are not reliable and uneducated enough to sit there. My wallet is gone, I want to replace a new ATM card, but instead I was told to make a lost ID card, then I can replace the ATM card. Without options .. While in other BNI branches, CS is open to other options of Identity such as campus certificates.
