I bought a Pacific Noris bike at this shop, when buying the owner, the owner was extraordinarily friendly, but for service or additional spare parts installation, the owner turned arrogant and busy as if I had never been a customer at all. I don't recommend this shop, there are still many other bicycle shops in the city of Padang that are complete, cheap and most importantly CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
